Thirsty Thursday

Don’t worry, mom, I don’t mean that kind of #thirstythursday. I mean the “I don’t drink all the water that I need to” kind of Thirsty Thursday!

Did you know that you’re supposed to drink half of your body weight (in oz) every day? So if you weigh 150 lbs, you need to drink 75 oz of water. I struggle with that so much!! That’s a requirement on the 21 Day Fix program, but I’d be lying if I said I got that much water every day!

The only trick that I’ve found to help me drink more water is to use a pretty (sassy) water bottle. I searched for some of my favorites (some of these I have, some of these I totally #need) and here’s what I came up with!

Welcome, y’all, to Glitter & Goalposts. This welcome post isn’t going to be a long drawn out post about why I decided to make a blog, or why you should follow it, etc. (If you want to read all about that, click on About up at the top.)

But! This is going to be a post about why I decided to become a Team Beachbody coach and what you should expect out of “Glitter & Goalposts.”

So. I decided to become a Beachbody coach because Team Beachbody and their products literally changed my life. I can officially label myself as a “21 Day Fixer” now, as well as a Shakeology nut.

I wanted to not only continue to use these products that have been *praise hands emoji*, but I wanted to share them with everyone and help other people reach their goals!! (For the record, if you want to know more about either of those products, email me!)

If you’re currently thinking “Oh great, another blog by a person trying to sell me workout products” but you’re still reading, props! Because GUESS WHAT. This is (hopefully) going to be sooooo much more than that. This is a site where I’m going to share my healthy eating recipes, my shakeology recipes, AND some fashion posts, AND some sports rants opinions.

Get ready, y’all. This is gonna be fun.
